Graduate Profile
The graduate of the PPC must demonstrate creativity, independence and critical thinking, and be able to tackle complex issues related to Food Science. During their training, they develop skills that make them specialists in their field, prepared to contribute to innovation and scientific and technological development. In addition to technical-scientific knowledge, graduates improve their skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, scientific writing, public speaking, the use of new technologies and professional ethics.
PPC graduates are trained to work in different sectors, including academic institutions, research centers, food industries, regulatory and inspection bodies, as well as in food entrepreneurship. Their solid, interdisciplinary training enables them to develop new technologies, products and processes, always in line with market demands and society's needs.
